Ingredients:
1/2 cup boba pearls
1 cup ice
1 avocado (peeled and cut into small cubes)
9 basil leaves
1 lemon (juiced, seeds removed)
1/2 - 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup water
Instructions:
Boil a small pot of water and cook the prepared boba pearls. Once cooked, rinse the pearls with cold water and transfer them to a small bowl with a small amount of room temperature water to prevent them from becoming hard and dry.
Add all ingredients (except boba pearls) to a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and combined to your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, add your desired amount of boba pearls, and enjoy!
