Spinach, Carrot & Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions: Add all ingredients, including spinach, carrot, mint, ginger, oats, honey, and flaxseed meal to a blender. Blend with a little water until smooth. Once all ingredients are well combined, add more water to make a smoothie. You can also add a bit of yogurt for extra flavor. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and enjoy with ice cubes.
