Ingredients:
- 320 ml vanilla soy yogurt, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 150 g peeled orange
- 200 g cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 240 g frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 260 g ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
