Banana and Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 320 ml vanilla soy yogurt, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 150 g peeled orange
  • 200 g cooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 240 g frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 260 g ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
