Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 720 ml green tea
  • 1 piece (15 g) fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • 450 g mango, peeled and pitted
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 260 g ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 40-45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.
