Ingredients:
- 2 containers of yogurt
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add water to adjust the thickness of the smoothie and add more honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
- Once the apple and pomegranate seeds are completely blended, stop the blender and pour into a glass.
