Ingredients:
For the cake: Savoiardi biscuits, espresso coffee For the cream: Mascarpone cheese, sugar, eggs, whipped cream, cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Brew the coffee
- Make the cream: Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Whip the mascarpone cheese. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mixture.
- Assemble: Quickly dip the biscuits into the coffee, and arrange a layer of biscuits at the bottom of a dish. Pour a layer of cream on top of the biscuits. Continue layering biscuits and cream until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
