Like in all ECM machines, every detail of the Mechanika VI Slim is meticulously crafted. The body is build from high grade stainless steel and carefully polished. Two red turn-valves activate steam and hot water dispensing. With the traditional design the machine is a beautiful addition to every kitchen.
The front of the machines is dominated by 2 traditional pressure gauges for boiler and pump pressure. The boiler pressure can be adjusted by a screw at the top of the machine below the cup tray. Two control lights below the pressure gauge indicate the basic functions and ECO mode.
The three-position temperature switch, located on the bottom right of the machine, allows you to easily adjust between three boiler temperatures and toggle the pre-infusion and ECO modes.
The superior ECM group head is based on the legendary E61 group which has been improved in many details to ensure temperature stability and an extended lifespan. It can be equipped with a pressure control valve for pressure profiling. This valve is available as an accessoire.
The high-quality vibration pump operates quietly, providing a quieter coffee brewing experience compared to lower-quality models. It delivers water at a stable pressure, ensuring optimal espresso extraction.
