The ECM Syncronika is a well crafted and intelligent dual boiler espresso machine equipped with a professional rotary pump. It can be operated from the integrated water tank as well as connected to the main water supply with a water filter. The 1.8L boiler provides ample steam power for usage in restaurants. A seperate hot water outlet serves for tea.
The two round mechanical gauges at the top of the front display the boiler and pump pressure.
The LED display serves as a shot timer and also allows setting the PID temperature, pre-infusion type, a reminder for group cleaning, automatic on/off time and ECO mode.
The lever valves for steam and hot water allow easy and quick activation and control.
With 2 independant boilers for coffee and steam the ECM Syncronika offers a maximum of temperature control and flexibility to adjust to all barista needs.
Both boilers are controlled by the advanced PID system to allow seperate settings as per the preferences of the barista and the used coffee blend.
The superior ECM group head is based on the legendary E61 group which has been improved in many details to ensure temperature stability and an extended lifespan. It can be equipped with a pressure control valva for pressure profiling. This valve is available as an accessories.
To ensure the machine is configured in an optimal way the ECM Syncronika features several settings.
1 - Fast heat up mode: This setting allows to reduce the time from the start of the machine to the first extraction.
2 - Eco mode: To save energy the machine can be programmed to switch off after a chosen time.
