Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon stick
  • Filtered water
  • Honey (optional)
  • Fresh ginger (optional)
  • Fresh lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients: Wash the cinnamon stick and ginger (if using), then slice the ginger thinly. Squeeze the lemon for its juice.
  2. Brew the tea: Place the cinnamon stick and ginger (if using) in a teapot, pour boiling water over them, and cover.
  3. Steep the tea: Steep the tea for about 10-15 minutes to allow the cinnamon and ginger flavors to fully infuse.
  4. Pour the tea: Pour the tea into a cup and add honey and lemon juice (if using) to taste.
  5. Enjoy: Cinnamon tea is best enjoyed hot.
