FLAT WHITE

Ingredients:

• 18g coffee powder
• 100ml milk

Instructions:

1. Extract 35ml of espresso using a coffee machine and pour it into a cup.
2. Froth the milk using a steam wand until the foam layer is 1-2 cm high.
3. Hold the cup about 3-4 cm away from the steam wand spout and pour the frothed milk into the cup evenly.
4. Use the milk foam to create your desired design on the surface of the cup.
