You can ask them everything related to coffee from the history of the formation, selective harvesting process, roasting temperature, formulation and how to enjoy a cup of coffee ...

At some point, Barista is a coffee magician. Because coffee is a special art, it is a harmonious combination of senses, knowledge of the rich variety of coffee and the skill of a Barista.

In the world, coffee is the second most traded commodity after oil. With the trend of fast growing coffee chains, big coffee shops are not hard to understand why Barista is a hot job today.

  • Espresso: standard espresso cup & Espresso drinks
  • Practice: Adjusting machine grinders
  • Brewing mistake and Fixing
  • Practice: Espresso Brewing

Session 3: 

  • Milk Frothing and storage technique
  • Latte art & Cappuccino (heart)
  • Practice: Milk frothing

Session 4:

  • Latte art Practice ( Heart-Tulips-Rosetta)
  • Review

  • Water system
  • Specialty Coffee Equipment
  • Pour over: V60 ( what's the difference of metal, glass and ceramic), Kalita Wave, Chemex
  • Espresso

Session 3:

  • Syphon, Moka pot, Cold brew, French Press, Vietnamese Filter

Session 4:

  • Practice all equipments
